What Happens When Decades Collide, Good Things Happen. Where age didn’ t matter as long as you were 21 or older at Above on the rooftop of the Redmont hotel. Birmingham had the best weather of the year that evening overlooking the city. The people at the event showed that they could still have a good time and raise money for a great cause. Cocktails flowing and everyone dancing, this was a true team effort to raise money for the American Diabetes Association. Tickets were sold to the event, silent auction and raffle item were available to raise money. Among the Partygoers were Host Michael and Christi Spisto, Denny and Debbie Hulsey, Jackie Tortomasi, Charles Ardivino, Joey Plaia, Matt and Katie McClenny, WJOX Roundtable guys Jim Dunaway, Ryan Brown, and Lance Taylor. DJ Mark Lindsey Provided Music from the past four decades giving attendees the chance to dance and socialize, while bidding on auction items which included Tide and Tiger memorabilia’ s, a guitar signed by members of Maroon 5, limited lithograph photo of the Beatles and Even cases of girl scout cookies. The well attended event raised over 5 k dollars for the American Diabetes Association.
