SouthCity Bank held its 3rd annual shareholders meeting at the Vestavia Country Club on April 20, 2010. Shareholders and guests were informed of Southcity Bank’s 2010 progress. The bank had asset growth of approximately 45% from 2008 to 2009 year end. President and CEO, ELam Holley Jr discussed Southcity’s future plans.
