The Laps for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Junior Board hosted its 2nd Annual Sips for CF wine tasting competition. More than 200 people arrived in teams of two or three bringing two bottles of wine for tasting. The teams tasted several wines and voted on their favorites as the night progressed. There was also an array of silent auction items including tickets to the 2011 PGA Championship, a David Yurman bracelet provided by Brombergs, and Auburn and Alabama signed footballs. At the end of the night the most popular wine was announced and the team with the favorite took home multiple cases of wine! All proceeds of the event helped the Laps for CF Foundation in its mission to raise funds and awareness of cystic fibrosis.
