This event was a huge success, raising $400,000 for Camp Smile-A-Mile, which is a year-round program for children in Alabama with cancer. The evening included a silent auction, seated dinner, live auction and music/dancing. Master of ceremonies was Mike Royer and the auctioneer was Ken Jackson. Special guests included: House of Representatives Representative Ronald Grantland and his wife Joan from Hartselle, AL, Jefferson County Commissioner Jim Carnes, Jack Schaeffer, Sperry Snow, Jim and Tammy Glazner, Mary Anne Glazner, Donny and Jennifer Harwell, Johnny and Suzanne Richardson, Mike and Ann Warren, Dr. Raymond and Fiona Watts, Dr. Tom and Maggie Howard, John Hand, Rick Lessley and Hugh Morrow.
