Jen Moody’s RE-Gift, a Toys for Tots benefit, is a live concert by singer/songwriter JEN MOODY! Jen was joined by her song-writing buddy Country recording artist, 2010 Dove Award winner and GRAMMY nominee TY HERNDON. The Emcee for the event was Miss Alabama 2006 (2nd runner up to Miss America 2006) and CBS 42’s morning anchor, ALEXA JONES. The opening act was Jon Powers of Montgomery. It was a heartwarming night of awesome entertainment …for a great cause! Peoples Management wanted to throw a party to introduce Jen Moody & her new band. Jen and her management team decided to make it a benefit. Basically… music with a purpose! Jen’s history with children’s charities made selecting Toys For Tots as the beneficiary a no brainier. “Everybody always has one or two gifts or toys they would love to RE-GIFT… why not re-gift to benefit Toys for Tots?” says Jen Moody. “In January there’s no competition with Holiday events, a RE-Gift benefit has never been done before and it’s for a great cause. Our hope is that it will become an annual event here in Birmingham and the Toys For Tots coordinators can get a head start on their next year’s campaign.” Jen Moody’s RE-GIFT, a Toys for Tots benefit is born!
