Pure Barre’s expansion into Alabama and Birmingham continued as the latest studio opened in 280 at the Terrace at Greystone Shopping Center. Co-owners Deanna Adams, Lindsay Landcaster and Danielle Davis bring their passion for fitness and wellness together to teach people about the positive aspects of living active and balanced lifestyles. They feel that the Pure Barre technique offers the best program for achieving lifestyle goals both physcially and mentally.
