Alabama Ballet’s Junior Board joined with Rogue Tavern and Rock 99.5 to celebrate the company’s final performance of the season – Christopher Bruce’s rockin’ Rooster (set to music of The Rolling Stones) and George Balanchine’s classic Serenade. Guests were encouraged to arrive dressed in “rockstar chic” and many did just that! “Axl Rose” and “Alice Cooper” even made an appearance, adding to the rock n’ roll vibe. Dancers from Alabama Ballet treated the guests to a “Rooster” preview – dancing to the Stone’s sultry “Play with Fire.” Everyone in attendance also received special discounts to the Ballet’s upcoming performance and Rock 99 did special Rolling Stones giveaways as well. Special thanks to Rogue Tavern and Rock 99.5 for such a great event!
