Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama’s 14th Annual Garden Art Party was held at the B & A Warehouse on May 15, 2010. Over 300 guest were in attendance to raise money in support of ACA’s services, education and research. The theme, “Compassion Blooms” was gleaned from artwork created by participants of area adult day care centers. The party featured a live and silent auction during which a football used during this year’s Super Bowl game fetched the highest price of any item at the party. To add to the festivities chances were sold to win “off the wagon” a small red wagon filled with liquor and liqueurs.
