The Birmingham Museum of Art introduced its new series First Thursdays: After Hours at the Museum on July 7. More than 700 visitors came out to experience the Museum in the evening and enjoy summer tapas, live jazz, and cocktails in the Sculpture Garden. Guests streamed through the museum’s open galleries, and checked out the summer blockbuster photography exhibition, Who Shot Rock & Roll. The next First Thursdays event will take place on Thursday, August 4th.
