The fourth annual Antiques at The Gardens: Heirlooms in Bloom was held at the beginning of October. The glamorous First Look Party presented by Sterne Agee kicked-off the weekend-long event on Thursday, October 1. The elegant evening is truly a highlight of the fall social scene in Birmingham; individuals previewed the array of furniture, art, rugs, jewelry and various other accessories before the public sale began Friday. Dozens of antiques dealers from across the nation filled the Garden Center and sold-out lectures from Keith Langham, a native Alabamian, and Renny Reynolds rounded out the slate of activities.
