The historic Tutwiler Hotel offered a beautiful setting for the evening. The ballroom was complete with a stage, bar, and silent auction items. The tables found in the ball room were adorned with vintage soup cans full of colorful daisies, while the walls were lined with art created by VSA’s program artists. Each chef was provided the opportunity to decorate his or her table. For example, Century Restaurant & Bar decked their setup with a New Orleans Mardi Gras theme, while Ashley Mac’s table glistened in a sweet shop theme. Some other highlights from the evening included, a door prize of a ceramic bowl, painted by a VSA artist; a silent auction with over 30 items; an evening of great music, great soup, all for a great cause.
